Thank you for the detailed proposal. Our primary objective is to build a viable, long-term product relationship with PT Indotech that ensures a safe and sustainable margin for both parties. Our goal is to ensure this venture is profitable from the start for everyone involved; we are not looking to "squeeze" your production margins, but rather to align the product with the strict mathematical requirements of the Amazon US marketplace.
To achieve this alignment, we propose a shift to a "High-Efficiency Bulk" model. By increasing the order volume, we can maintain the total contract value of your original proposal while hitting the necessary unit price for US retail success.
We request a revised quote based on:
1. Material Switch: High-barrier Aluminum or Standard Plastic to ensure a 12-month shelf life.
2. Packaging: 40-count Variety Pack to optimize fulfillment and logistics.
3. Target Price: Rp 5,500 per capsule (inclusive of printed box).
4. Pilot Volume: 15,600 capsules (390 boxes of 40). Note that at this volume and price, the total order sum remains approx. Rp 85,800,000—consistent with your original 10,000-unit quote.
We want to work cooperatively and transparently. To that end, we are happy to share actual financial reports and sell-through data from Amazon after our first batch is sold. This will allow us to evaluate the model together and ensure PT Indotech remains a healthy, profitable partner as our volumes grow.
