☕ IndoJack Coffee Tasting Scoresheet

Blind bean feedback — fill this out while you taste, then send your result code to Nick.

1. How the taste test works Read first

Goal: honest, comparable feedback on the beans. Everyone rates the same 5 things on a 1–10 scale so we can average across all tasters and rank beans over time.
  1. Brew the same way. Same grind, water temp (~93–96°C / 200–205°F), ratio, and brew method for every bean.
  2. Taste blind if you can. Have someone label cups A / B / C so you rate the coffee, not the name.
  3. Reset your palate between beans — plain water and a bite of plain cracker.
  4. Smell first, then sip. Note aroma before tasting; let it cool a little as flavors open up.
